RETURNS
We always hope you love the piece you have purchased, and can cherish for many years to come.
However, we do understand that shopping online can sometimes be challenging. For that reason, we will offer a refund if you chose to return your item, provided your return it within 7 days of receiving it.
Please note that postage to send an item back for a refund will be at the customer’s own expense.
How to make a return:
To return an item and receive a refund please email returns@abigailjane.com.au to receive the postal address for returns.
All ABIGAIL JANE pieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the original swing tags attached and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or shows signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyers at their own expense.
Please note you must do this within 7 days of receiving your item.
After you have received the return address you can use the original postage bag you received your order in as it has double adhesive strips.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
